Ratti Boutique guarantees the Customer fast deliveries, without defects and in compliance with the descriptions on the rattiboutique.com website. Each of the products is under warranty. This guarantee, however, will no longer be considered valid in case of use and washing of the products that do not comply with those desirable, and in case of non-compliance with any instructions or warnings contained in the tags or labels. In short: in case of use of the products, other than mere proof, they can no longer be considered under warranty. For the guarantee of Ratti Boutique products we refer to the European Directive 44/99 / EC and to the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Codice del consumo) and the regulatory provisions referred to in articles 128, 129, 130, 131, 132, 133, 134, 135 and subsequent amendments of Legislative Decree 206/2005.

2 - SHIPMENTS
Rattiboutique.com ships in Italy and around the world through the DHL express courier service. All goods shipped by RATTIBOUTIQUE.COM are carefully packed. The goods are accompanied by the invoice showing the quantity and its value.
2.1 - FREE INSURANCE
Rattiboutique.com guarantees free insurance against theft and / or accidental damage for all shipments. The insurance is valid until the time of delivery of the goods.
2.2 – ORDERS PROCESSING
All orders duly completed and paid will be processed within two working days: all shipments depart from RATTI S.r.l., Pesaro (Italy), only on working days, from Monday to Friday, from 10.00 to 20.00. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be handled the following Tuesday.
2.3 – TRACKING SERVICE
The shipment can be tracked at any time by the customer thanks to the service made available by DHL. The Customer will receive an e-mail confirming the shipment of the goods with the code (tracking number) provided by DHL which will allow them to check the progress of their shipment at any time.
2.4 - TYPES OF SHIPMENTS AND TAXES
Orders received only from customers residing in Europe are allowed: based on the selected destination, the VAT value will have a different amount, as it is automatically calculated in all EU countries. Any additional tax or duty that may be applicable will remain the sole responsibility of the Customer. If the customer refuses the shipment for reasons not attributable to rattiboutique.com, the transport costs, any customs duties and extra costs used for the return of the goods at rattiboutique.com will be deducted from the final refund. In the event that the customer provides incorrect addresses about the shipment and the shipment cannot be completed, the transport costs, any customs duties and extra costs will be deducted from the final refund.
2.5 - DELIVERY TIMES
Delivery times are conditioned by the destination areas of the products. ITALY: delivery is tentatively scheduled within two days of shipment. EU European countries: delivery is tentatively scheduled within three working days of shipment.

Shipping costs within the European community are borne by rattiboutique.com, completely free for the customer.
2.7 - TERMS OF DELIVERY

If the Customer refuses to deliver the goods, any shipping costs necessary for returning the package to RATTIBOUTIQUE.COM will be deducted from the refund due to the Customer. If for any reason the shipment is not delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of registration, the package will be returned to RATTIBOUTIQUE.COM at the expense of the Customer. In this case, RATTIBOUTIQUE.COM will be responsible for deducting this amount from any refund due to the Customer.
3 – ORDERS INFORMATION
Rattiboutique.com wishes to guarantee a high level of customer assistance. Updates and information on the actual status of the order are possible at any time by sending an email to the CUSTOMER SERVICE.
4 - RETURNS
Rattiboutique.com intends to guarantee the complete satisfaction of its Customers, offering them the possibility to return one or more items and to receive a refund equal to the price of the returned items. The return is the responsibility of the Customer and must take place within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
4.1 CONDITIONS OF RETURN
To send one or more returns to RATTIBOUTIQUE.COM, the Customer must comply with specific conditions:
1. All items for sale on the RATTIBOUTIQUE.COM website are delivered to the customer with an authenticity tag attached to the garment with a disposable security seal. The garment must eventually be tried on without removing the tag and without tampering with the warranty seal. The return will be accepted only with the security seal perfectly intact, which can be a plastic seal with relative thread or, in the case of some shoes, a label placed on the sole. In no case will returns with the security seal cut, broken, detached, removed or tampered with be accepted.
2. The items to be returned must not have been worn, ironed, washed or treated in any way.
3. The items must necessarily be returned in the same conditions in which they were sent to the Customer and mustbe wrapped and packaged appropriately.
4. All other labels on the garment, both in fabric and pending, must necessarily be intact and in no case removed from the article.
5. The goods to be returned must be physically and solely delivered to the DHL Express Courier no later than 14 days from the date of delivery.
6. The customer who wishes to make a change of size, color or article, must submit the return procedure and place a new order on the RATTIBOUTIQUE.COM website.
7. Returns of underwear and swimwear will not be accepted.
8. In the event of non-compliance with one of the above conditions, Rattiboutique.com reserves the right not to accept the returned goods and to return them to the Customer at the latter's expense.
4.2 THE RETURN PROCEDURE
1. To request a return authorization, the Customer must send a request to [email protected] within 14 days of receiving the goods. The codes of the items to be returned must be specified in the e-mail. Once the return request has been received, the RATTIBOUTIQUE.COM customer service will send the Customer a written confirmation with the specifications to follow.
2. The shipping price will be borne by RATTIBOUTIQUE.COM, subject to a cost contribution from the Customer of 5.00 euros if the return comes from Italy and 10.00 euros if it comes from Europe.
Rattiboutique.com is not responsible for any loss or damage due to inadequate packaging or delay in delivery. The items must be returned in the same packaging with which they were received or with the same method and type of the same. Inside the package, the Customer will find a label to be placed as a seal to close the outer packaging, as a guarantee for the Customer and RATTIBOUTIQUE.COM against any tampering with the return. All items returned will be subject to inspection by the staff of RATTIBOUTIQUE.COM who will verify compliance with the conditions and parameters listed in the return procedure. Rattiboutique.com reserves the right to assess any additional charges that may be necessary to ensure the re-sale of the returned items. These amounts will be established at the end of the evaluation of the conditions of the returns and communicated to the Customer.
If the return procedure has been carried out correctly, in compliance with all conditions, the Customer will receive an email confirming acceptance of the return. The refund due will be made by credit card (if the order was paid by credit card) by Paypal credit (if the order was paid with Paypal) or by bank transfer.
5 - CONDITIONS OF SALE
5.1 - FINAL CONSUMER
To make purchases on the RATTIBOUTIQUE.COM site, the Customer must necessarily:
1. fall into the category of "final consumer", where "final consumer" means all natural and / or legal persons who use the e-commerce platform without secondary business, commercial or professional purposes. Rattiboutique.com disclaims any responsibility in the event that, due to a malfunction and a particular configuration of the computer used by the Customer, the colors of the products displayed on the site do not faithfully reflect the original ones, but ratherexempt slight differences from published articles. In the event, however, of discrepancies between the items on sale and those reproduced on the site - due to sudden changes made during production - the Customer who places the order will be contacted by Rattiboutique.com Customer Service to be informed of the changes themselves. and then express your consent, requesting the possible cancellation of the order or the refund. 8 - RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In full compliance with the Customer's rights and to ensure complete satisfaction, rattiboutique.com undertakes to recognize the Customer to exercise the right of withdrawal, as required by current legislation on the subject pursuant to art. 52 of the Italian Legislative Decree n. 206/2005 (Consumer Code) and subsequent amendments according to which:
The consumer has the right to withdraw from any distance contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within fourteen working days from receipt of the goods. The return must necessarily take place, therefore, under the responsibility of the customer within 14 days of delivery and only on condition that the returned items are intact and never used.
In the event that the supplier has not fulfilled the obligations attributed to him, the deadline for exercising the right of withdrawal is extended to three months.
The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day of receipt of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Customer is required to inform rattiboutique.com of his decision to withdraw from this contract by means of an explicit declaration (for example a letter sent by post, fax or e-mail). To this end, you can use the RETURN FORM within the reserved section of rattiboutique.com, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the communication relating to the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Effects of withdrawal
If the Customer withdraws from the contract, you will be reimbursed for all payments made to rattiboutique.com, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs arising from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract. These refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless the Customer has expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not have to incur any costs as a consequence of this reimbursement, except for a flat rate shipping cost contribution of 5 euros for returns from Italy or 10 euros for returns from Europe.
The Customer is requested to return / deliver the goods at his own expense or to return them via the DHL courier, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which he communicated his withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the Customer sends back the goods before the expiry of the 14 day period.
